Lovely Hotel Experience

The arrival at the reception was smooth. The reception team was helpful! The rooms were very clean. The food at the restaurants was tasty. The hotel facilities were well planned and maintained. Most importantly, all staff members were eager to help with a smile.

The beach has rough steps. This could be improved. It's a bit of a hazard. I think fixing those steps would significantly enhance the guest experience. It would be great to see that addressed in the near future.

This hotel features friendly staff. The team makes sure guests feel welcome. I found the location convenient because it is close to many local facilities. There is a supermarket nearby which I appreciated.

I noticed the soundproofing in the room was not very effective. Loud music from nearby establishments disrupted my sleep.
